5. WithAuto.com is an online website that provides an advertising and research service for auto buyers and sellers. Therefore…
i) Any individual listing information of a vehicle is provided by private sellers and dealers, not WithAuto.com.
ii) WithAuto.com does not deal between buyers and sellers.
iii) Terms, conditions, and prices of individual vehicles should be negotiated with the seller; WithAuto.com will not negotiate in any transaction.
iv) Documentation such as state and local taxes, finance charges, title and registration fees, emissions certification, license, and inspection fees are usually excluded from seller price quotes, in which may be added to the final sales price of a vehicle. Note that WithAuto.com is not responsible for obtaining documents or information for any transaction.

6. In some cases listings may take longer to be displayed due to listing inspection for accuracy and fraud.
Refund Policy
WithAuto.com provides a 15 day refund policy. Refunds must be requested by email containing the following information a) Your name b) Address c) E-mail address d) Vehicle description and e) The last 4 digits of the credit card used to purchase the listing. Contact us using support@withauto.com to request your refund. When a refund is granted keep in mind that you may experience a delay therefore, WithAuto.com is not responsible for any reason that the refund is not received within the appropriate time period.
Be advised by submitting a refund request you are not fully ensured that a refund would be granted in part or in whole. If you have any questions regarding this refund policy, please contact us at info@withauto.com or use the “Contact Us” link from the bottom of the page. WithAuto.com reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Visitor Agreement Changes
WithAuto.com may change its visitor agreements at any given time, such changes would be posted on WithAuto.com. By taking use of this website you agree to be bound by this agreement along with its modified versions. Only WithAuto.com is authorized to make changes to this visitor agreement.
Termination of Service
1. You agree that WithAuto.com may terminate, suspend, remove, and restrict access and any material from this website without prior notice if WithAuto.com concludes that you have not obeyed with any part of this agreement including
i. Violation with our Visitor Agreements
ii. Any inappropriate content relating with racism, hatred or harmful content
iii. Any attempt to steal and retrieve personal information
iv. Information resulting in sexual harassment
v. Use WithAuto.com to promote and advertise personal services and products
vi. Transmitting “junk mail” or unsolicited mass mail “spam”
vii. Any fraudulent and false activity
viii. Supplying information related to illegal activities
You hereby agree and understand that if WithAuto.com terminates your service then WithAuto.com is not required to refund you due to violation of the User Agreements. Upon termination of your service you agree to delete and destroy all materials acquired from WithAuto.com.

WithAuto.com does not guarantee any products or service provided by third party websites and is not responsible for the service and products these sites provide. For more information on third-party websites we recommend visiting the site and reading their privacy policy and user agreements. You agree not to hold WithAuto.com responsible for any damages you encounter.
Limitation of Liability and Warranty Disclaimer

This Visitor Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of, the State of California. You hereby agree to settle all disputes and actions related to and arising from this website exclusively filed in the courts of Los Angeles, California of this Agreement. You hereby agree to file any disputes of action to this website within one (1) year after the cause of action arising. Any action filed after one (1) year of arising cause would be barred.
